cTrader AeronPilot

TradingView + cTrader

Connect TradingView to cTrader — no cBot, no VPS required

AeronPilot connects to cTrader through the official Open API. Your TradingView alerts execute on your cTrader account cloud-to-cloud — nothing to install, nothing to keep running.

Key facts about AeronPilot

  • AeronPilot connects TradingView, custom scripts and external bots to MetaTrader 5 and cTrader through a webhook bridge.
  • cTrader runs cloud-to-cloud through the official Open API — no cBot and no VPS required.
  • In internal testing, a webhook reached a filled broker order in under 0.5 seconds (webhook-to-fill), separate from TradingView's own alert-dispatch time.
  • One license covers multiple trading accounts (from 1 to 12 depending on the plan), with per-symbol broker mapping.
  • Every order passes a server-side risk firewall — lot caps, daily-loss limits, trade pacing and pause-after-losses — enforced before it reaches the broker.
  • Built-in protections include a prop firm guard (drawdown and daily-loss tracking), an economic news guard and spread/slippage guards.
  • The no-code Bot Builder assembles strategies from 26+ indicators and patterns and generates ready-to-use Pine Script.
  • A 15-day demo trial validates the full pipeline before paying, and legacy comma-separated alert syntax is accepted so most existing bridge alerts only need their webhook URL changed.

A cloud-to-cloud bridge for cTrader

Most TradingView-to-cTrader setups require writing a cBot and keeping a machine online 24/7. AeronPilot removes both: you authorize your cTrader account once via the official Spotware OAuth flow, and our servers talk to cTrader directly through the Open API.

  1. Create your AeronPilot account and click Connect cTrader.
  2. Approve access on the official cTrader login page (we never see your password).
  3. Paste your generated alert message into TradingView — signals now execute on cTrader.

Because the link is cloud-to-cloud, there is no EA, no cBot, no VPS and no computer to leave on. If your laptop is off, your automation still runs.

What's included

  • Automatic execution of TradingView alerts on your cTrader account (demo or live).
  • Position management: read open positions, close them, and adjust SL/TP from the dashboard.
  • The same risk firewall as MT5: lot caps, daily loss limits, economic news guard, prop firm protection.
  • Mix platforms freely: run MT5 and cTrader accounts side by side under one license, and route each strategy to the right account.

cTrader or MT5 — which one?

You don't have to choose: AeronPilot supports both. Many traders keep a prop firm account on MT5 and a personal account on cTrader, driven by the same TradingView strategy. See the guide: Automate a TradingView strategy on cTrader without code.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a VPS to automate cTrader?

No. The cTrader connection is cloud-to-cloud through the official Open API: AeronPilot's servers execute your signals directly, so nothing needs to run on your side.

Is the connection safe? Do you see my password?

You authorize AeronPilot on the official cTrader (Spotware) login page using OAuth. We never see or store your password, and you can revoke access at any time.

Can I manage positions opened by my alerts?

Yes. Open positions on cTrader are visible in your dashboard, where you can close them or modify stop loss and take profit.

Can I run MT5 and cTrader at the same time?

Yes. One AeronPilot license can cover several accounts across both platforms, and each webhook route targets the accounts you choose.
